Professional Resource Directory

The Professional Resource Directory was created to help clients reach professionals who can assist them with the different facets of self directed investing. In our role as an IRA custodian, Self Directed IRA Services, Inc. (SDIRA Services) does not assist clients with selecting investments. Professionals may be realtors, mortgage brokers, precious metal brokers or dealers, CPAs, attorneys, and investment issuers or sponsors who have indicated that they provide investments or professional advisory services for self directed IRAs, and have an interest in being listed as a resource on our Professional Resource Directory.

As a reminder, clients are expected to perform their own due diligence when seeking professional advice, and not to rely solely on a professional's appearance on this list.  In addition, clients are urged to seek professional tax, legal and investment advice when choosing investments for their self directed IRA accounts.

I agree that Self Directed IRA Services, Inc. (SDIRA Services):

  1. Does not evaluate, recommend, warrant, guarantee or otherwise endorse the legality, propriety, performance or reliability of any investment, service, statement, opinion or other representation of any professional or other service provider;
  2. Shall not in any event be liable for any misinformation, misrepresentation, negligence, act, omission, investment results or any wrongdoing of any professional or other service provider;
  3. Has no agreement or arrangement with any professional or other service provider with regard to any investment or service that may be provided to an SDIRA Services account holder or other investors;
  4. Has no financial arrangement or affiliation with any professional or any service provider whose name may be shown in the Professional Resource Directory.

I agree that it is solely my decision, based on my own or other evaluations I may conduct, to choose to work with any professional or any other service provider. Therefore, I agree SDIRA Services shall not be liable for any misrepresentation, misinformation, negligence, act, omission, investment results or any wrongdoing of any professional or other service provider.  Additionally, I agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless SDIRA Services and its assigns, successors, officers, directors and agents, from any and all claims due to any consequences of any dealings with professionals or other service provider.
